The heat feature adds to that effect and feels warm (not too hot), which I appreciated. I also like the automatic timer, and the battery easily lasts through a full 15-minute session. It’s definitely helped relieve my neck pain. That said, it’s not perfect. The massage can get pretty intense, especially along the sides of the neck, and if it’s not positioned just right it can become uncomfortable. The instructions aren’t very helpful—they don’t really explain how to use it on your shoulders or where exactly to position it. The unit itself is also a bit bulky and heavy, which makes it tricky to adjust once it’s behind your head. Since you can’t see the buttons while using it, it’s hard to locate the power and heat controls by feel. The strap also tends to loosen during use, so I often end up just holding it in place. Overall, this works great when you get it positioned correctly, but if it shifts even a little, the experience can go from relaxing to uncomfortable pretty quickly.

The imgrose 2026 shoulder and neck massager is a surprisingly good piece of equipment. It's meant to massage your neck and it does a really good job at that. The motor is sufficiently strong to not bog down and it can really dig in. I had a different massager I bought from a flea market in Hong Kong and that thing would stop with any bit of resistance. This one is the opposite of that. It is made for the neck, but I found that you can make it work on your legs and back too. It does take some maneuvering. The only down side is that it has started to make a small clicking sound when massaging, which is a little annoying. Overall, a nice item.

I wasn't sure at first because it's a little unusual looking and I haven't used a similar product in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely delighted with this massager! The little hand shapes perfectly fit to give an amazing neck massage. It feels just as relaxing as having someone else give you a neck rub and releases a lot of tension in the neck and shoulders. There are several options. I started with the default, which felt powerful enough and hit all the pressure points nicely. The next levels are more intense so best saved for serious neck cramps or once you've adjusted to the machine.

This device has heat enabled which helps soothe tight muscles and relax knots. That can be adjusted too. I like the default setting but it's worth playing around to see what works.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this odd-looking neck massager but it really is a win for me. I tend to put all of my stress into my neck so the idea of this really appealed to me. Before use, I allowed it to charge the recommended 3 hours using the included USB cord. While the massager has a strap, I didn't use it. I can see how it would be beneficial though. I started the massager on the lowest level and found that to be firm enough for me...actually a bit stronger than I had anticipated. It took a little getting used to but I did find that it really got into the muscle tension and provided nice relief. The heat is an added bonus as it helped to relax my muscles even more. I did not feel the need to increase the intensity of the massager but over time I may up it a bit. Once nice feature is the remote. No having to stop to readjust the settings. The charge lasted several uses before needing to recharge. Overall, I think this is a great product. I've been keeping it at my office where I can take small breaks to loosen my neck muscles. I wish it came in other colors as this is not my favorite.

Amazing for neck pain. I get headaches because my neck hurts. This replaced chiropractor and massage therapist. Wish I had discovered it decades ago. I use it multiple times a day. Love it.

Good Gawd! This little device is awesome! You can sit and enjoy or strap it across your body,snap it in the back and get a neck massage while you do whatever it is that you do. I may be buying these for Christmas gifts.

10 out of 10 very relaxing and warms up just right i didnt think I would get a deep massage, but I did!! The straps really helped keep the massager in place. Definitely, a plus if you have to be moving around or work at a desk. Battery, last a long time. And fits comfortably on shoulders

The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. I do not recommend it, but the second one I bought works without any issues; the first one was faulty, probably I got a defective one, but I still highly recommend it.
